For the fourth consecutive year, the FBL is pleased to welcome you to the Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle hotel. Located near France's largest airport, this 4-star hotel offers us a spacious convention space to immerse ourselves in an electrifying atmosphere, where vibrant neon lights and retro rhythms will transport us! You will have access to a bar, a dedicated restaurant, a terrace with direct views of the mesmerizing airport tarmacs, a fitness centre, and direct access to the RER B and CDGVAL, the free mini-metro to navigate through Charles de Gaulle Airport.


A second hotel is also planned to accommodate our numerous participants. Offering more moderate rates with a total of 3 stars, the Ibis Charles de Gaulle hotel, located right next to the convention venue, will be offered to you in official partnership with the FBL.


You can reserve your room at our special rates after your registration. A dedicated link will be provided to you through our "Registration" website after payment for your FBL Pass.


Like last year, suites will be allocated through a lottery system on the registration website. Bringing your DeLorean won't give you any advantages in the draw. Well, not officially...

Some tips for your travel:

CDGVAL

The CDGVAL, the free mini-metro that goes around the airport, has a stop near the hotel.

Car

Direct access by car through the A1 and the A3, exit “Aéroport Charles de Gaulle”.

Parking

Please note that the number of parking spaces is limited and will not be able to accommodate all cars (especially if you arrive after Early). If you have a room at the FBL rate, you will be charged €18/day/car instead of €35, by paying at the reception. If the hotel car park is full, you can use the surrounding car parks bookable through OnePark or the P3-RESA, PR and PX car parks, with direct access via the CDGVAL, which is free. We recommend that you book these car parks in advance for a better rate - (select "Terminal 3" in your search). Individuals with a disability inclusion card will have access to free parking spaces at the hotel, subject to very limited availability.

Train

Arrive to the TGV station 'Gare Aéroport Charles De Gaulle 2 TGV' and commute inside the airport to take the CDGVAL. Direct access through the RER B, “Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 1 & 3” station.

Plane

You will arrive at the Charles de Gaulle airport. Commute through the CDGVAL to arrive at the hotel.

Room rates

By booking through the link provided after your registration, you will benefit from preferential rates for the event period, whether it is for the Hilton or the Ibis.

Payment will be required either by credit card or in cash, only upon your arrival at the hotel, and not at the time of booking.

A credit card will still be necessary for online reservation, but no debit will be made.

Cancellations are available free of charge at each hotel, up to 24 hours before the arrival date.


Please note that room availabilities at our special rates are limited, especially for certain room types. We strongly encourage you to book your room as soon as possible once you have paid your ticket.

⚠️ Important Information Regardless of our intentions, since January 1st, 2024, a regional tax for the Île-de-France region has been implemented in addition to the usual hotel occupancy tax. The cost of this tax is indexed based on the star rating of the accommodation. Source : Île-de-France Mobilités residence tax

Thus, the following tourist taxes should be considered when making your booking, and will add up to the prices listed in the tables below:

For the Hilton €8.13 per person per night. For the Ibis €5.20 per person per night.

You will have access to a bar, a dedicated restaurant, a terrace with a direct view of the mesmerizing tarmacs of the airport, a fitness center, and direct access to the RER B and CDGVAL, the free mini-metro to navigate through Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Breakfast in the form of an American buffet is included in the room rates.

The bar will also offer a selection of snacks.

Ibis (Overflow)

Located at a few steps from the Hilton, the Ibis also features spacious and comfortable areas where you can relax.
